   1.2. By signing up for any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which form a binding agreement between you and Mansheb.

2. Service Offerings
   2.1. Mansheb provides a range of services, including but not limited to website design, website hosting, search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, email marketing, and other digital marketing solutions.
   2.2. The specific services included in each of our packages (Basic, Standard, and Premium) are detailed on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our service offerings at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payments
   3.1. Our service packages are priced on a monthly subscription basis, as outlined on our website. The monthly fee is due on the same day of each month.
   3.2. There is no initial contract term, and you can cancel the service at any time.
   3.3. All payments must be made in advance and through the approved payment methods specified on our website.
   3.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service for non-payment of the monthly subscription fee.

4. Intellectual Property
   4.1. All website designs, content, and materials provided by Mansheb are the property of Mansheb or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
   4.2. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the website and its content for the duration of your service agreement with Mansheb.
   4.3. Clients retain full ownership of any content, materials, or intellectual property they provide to us as part of a project. We require clients to obtain the necessary permissions and licenses for any third-party assets used in their websites or marketing campaigns.

5. Limitation of Liability
   5.1. Mansheb shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
   5.2. Mansheb’s total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
   6.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Mansheb is located.
   6.2. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction where Mansheb is located.

7. Modifications
   7.1. Mansheb reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
   7.2. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.

8. Website Hosting and Login Details
   8.1. We will not provide you with the website hosting login details until you have been a client for at least 6 months.
   8.2. This is to ensure that you do not transfer the website to another hosting provider before we have had the opportunity to recover our costs of designing your website. Since we do not charge you for Web Design, it takes us roughly 6 months to recover our costs of developing your website.

9. Termination and Cancellation
   9.1. You can cancel your subscription at any time without any written notice, but no refunds will be issued for partial months of service.
   9.2. Mansheb reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
   9.3. If you have been a client for at least 6 months, we will provide you with the website hosting login details at your request. Since we do not charge you for Web Design, it takes us roughly 6 months to recover our costs of developing your website.
